Request Authorization

Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Sergio Rossi packaging and ensure the security seal remains intact before sealing the shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid courier label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery information.
Dispatch and Refund
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a pickup; once received and quality-checked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
